Biography:
Jed Robbins is an American DJ, Music Producer, and Sound Mastering Audio Engineer. Born August 17 1979 in the state of Utah, United States of America. Jed Robbins quickly became adapted to the electronic dance music industry in the mid to late 1990s with Genres of House Music, Techno, and Trance. By the early 2000s Jed Robbins interest in the electronic dance music industry became very Progressive! The music Genre of Progressive was quite the favorite of the bunch. Whether being in a State of Trance, or being in the mood for House Music, Progressive was the means for Jed. Progressive Trance and Progressive House is where it's all at now for Jed Robbins. As most DJs and Producers already know, beat matching is very specific and critical for any DJ in the electronic dance music industry. Whether it's mixing music, making compilations, or compiling music for an album or CD, Jed always makes sure that all transitions are perfectly beat matched for perfection. Being very particular about his style or genre, Jed Robbins makes Progressive sounds ranging from 125bpm to 144bpm, bpm meaning beats per minute. The very first record Jed used for DJ work, compiling, and mixing music was from an artist named Robert Miles. The record was named Children, which later on became a huge music track on a CD album titled Dreamland. This was a track that quickly became very popular in 1995. Robert Miles is a Trance Artist from Switzerland. Vinyl Records and Turntables were Jed Robbins favorite times in the 1990s. However, by the early 2000s Jed became quickly adapted to the computer world using Sony Acid Pro Tools with PC. By 2004 the Apple Mac Powerbook G4 was the best friend for everything. From 2004 to Currently 2009 Jed Robbins is now very much into the Virtual World. Virtual DJ is the times now in 2009 with the technology at hand.
